Son of William A H and Elizabeth M COOK, 21 Forbes Street, Darlington, NSW
Henry served in Egypt, Salisbury Plains and France where he contracted trench feet and was invalided to Graylingwell Hospital in England. On recovery, he rejoined his unit and served until the signing of Armistice. He joined the great march to celebrate the retaking of Alsace-Lorraine.
