Son of John Graham DOW and Ann nee DALE

A welcome home for Graham Dow and Cecil Lord at the Burra Hotel on November 28 1918.  These two soldiers were among the first of 23 to enlist from Burra.  Speeches of welcome were delivered by the Mayor of Burra and several other local people.  Sergeants Lord and Dow responded.
