Glanford B. is an alternative name for Glanford Brigg and it is in the county of Lincolnshire.

He was 22 and a son of Timothy and Ellen Gilfoy of 55, Newport Street, Barton-on-Humber, Lincolnshire. His brother,  Private Harold Gilfoy, Service Number:3197 -5th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment was killed 3rd April 1916, aged 20 years- Commemorated Arras Memorial. Bay 3 and 4.

The brothers are commemorated on the Barton Upon Humber war memorial located at the entrance to the new cemetery in Barrow Road, Barton Upon Humber.
