"...34 Sergeant Alfred Henry Clegg, 26th Battalion, of Charters Towers, Qld. A clerk prior to enlisting on 13 March 1915, Corporal Clegg embarked from Brisbane, Qld, aboard HMAT Ascanius on 24 May 1915.
