Son of Francis Ullyott and Frances Ullyott of Mount Street, Perth, WA formerly of Kelmscott, WA and formerly of Yorkshire, England. Brother of John Francis Ullyott who returned to Australia on 11 March 1919 having served with the 16th Battalion and had been a Prisoner of War for over twelve months.
Next of kin later given as wife Esther Ullyott of Albert Street, Harrogate, England. Esther died in Corrigan, WA in 1938.
