Villers-Bretonneux

Acknowledges involvement in defensive operations in the area bounded by the Avre and Somme rivers during the renewed German drive against the village of Villers-Bretonneux. The honour includes recognition of the successful Australian counterattack mounted on the village on the night of the 24 April.
