Eldest surviving of Thomas and Ellen Maria Cozens, of "Laudo," 618, St. Kilda Rd., Melbourne, Victoria.

Frank was on the staff of W.G. Watson and Compnay, Electrical Suppliers at 279 Clarence Street Sydney when he enlisted with the Forces.
COZENS.- In memory of a dear son, and brother, Frank John Cozens, who was killed in action in the battle of Polygon Wood, France, on the 29th September, 1917.
