Frank was on the staff of W.G. Watson and Compnay, Electrical Suppliers at 279 Clarence Street Sydney when he enlisted with the Forces.

COZENS.- In memory of a dear son, and brother, Frank John Cozens, who was killed in action in the battle of Polygon Wood, France, on the 29th September, 1917.
