Son of Thomas DYKE and Eleanor nee KEYNES
Edward Keynes Dyke 2020 Corporal 4th FAB joined the RSL in 1933. He was a foundation member of Kyancutta (or Central Eyer Penninsular) serving as Vice President in 1933 and President 1935 to 42, 1945, 1947 to 1950. He transfered to Elliston and was a very active Vice President 1952,53,54,55. In 1956 he transferred to Wanilla were he served on the committee in 1960 and as president in 1961. He was awarded Certificate of Appreciation in 1961 for his work for the RSL.
