Terence Edward Lee was the son of Thomas Lee and Mary O'Shea who owned a shop at Woody Point. Terence was living in Caboolture and working as a horse driver at the time of his enlistment in June 1915. He was wounded in action in Belgium and was returned to Australia in July 1918. His sister, Mary Jane, who was living at Burpengary, Queensland, was listed as next of kin. Terence married Kathleen Alma O'Keefe in November 1921 and was employed by the Caboolture Butter Factory for 20 years.

The death of Mr. Terence Edward Lee (43) occurred in Dalby on Sunday morning.  He had been ailing for some time, and had been here a month.  His body was taken to Caboolture, where he resided, by motor rail on Sunday.
