SYDNEY ALFRED JOSEPH who was killed in action on 9th August 1918 was the only son of Mr. J. Joseph of Hawksburn. He was born in 1893 and was at the School from 1906 to 1908. He was afterwards engaged at electrical engineering with the firm of F.
