Son of Sidney and Emma CHASE, 43 Catherine Street, Leichhardt, NSW
Sidney served in England and France and was wounded and invalided to Hospital in France. He returned to duty, was wounded on a second occasion and invalided to the Canadian General Hospital in France where he died of his wounds 4 April 1918.
