Name as per Qld BDM: Seneka George Andersen, son of Lars Andersen and Ellen (nee Gill) Andersen, of Tiaro, Queensland.

8 July 1915 - Admitted to hospital severe gunshot wounds to legs (knees). Amputated

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal,  Victory Medal
