Son of Mrs Josephine Billinge, Emville, Mt Alexander Road, Flemington, Victoria.
In 1939 his wife Ebba Dora Billinge, 42, of Mathoura Road, Toorak, filed for divroce against Francis Reginald Billinge, 47, formerly of Bondi Road and Old South Head Road, Waverley, New South Wales, on the grounds of desertion.
In 1959 he wrote to Army records asking for a replacement for his discharge documents. At that time he was suffering from Tuberculosis and was living at Queen Victoria House, Picton, New South Wales, Australia, which was a home for consumptives.
At the time of his death he was late of Concord, formerly of Leichhardt, New South Wales
