Son of Daniel and Emily PENHALLURICK of Tooloombilla Station, Queensland

IN LOVING REMEMBRANCE

Private Martin Penhallurick, third son of Mr. and Mrs. Penhallurick, Tootoombilla, Mitchell, went into camp in Brisbane on August 20, 1916 and sailed from Australia on October 8, 1916.  He left London for France on December 27, 1916 and died of wounds received in the Messines Battle in France, June 11 1917.  Soon after his arrival in France he met his brother, John Harold Penhallurick (fourth son), who went into camp at Brisbane, on January 13, 1916, and left Australia on April 21.  He left London for France on August 17, and wounded at Pozieres on April 9, 1917, and is now in the Harefield Park Hospital, England, with his right arm fractured.  He was doing well when last heard from.
