Son of Adolph Frederic and Emma Peterson, of Whyte Street, Brighton Beach, Victoria, Australia.  Brother of Violet Stanley nee Peterson

Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal

8 February 1923 - Base Records wrote that they had received documentary evidence that his correct name was Leonard Peterson and not the name under which he served which he give as Peter Palmer and that the records had been amended to Leonard Peterson
