MR. R. POULSON
Mr Reginald Poulson died yesterday, at Hobart, after a brief illness. For the past 11 years he was on the halls staff of the Hobart City Council as hall-keeper of the Hobart City Hall and relief hall-keéper of the Town Hall. He was aged 50 years. Before joining the council staff he was employed for 23 years by the boot manufacturing firm of Blundstone's. He was the eldest son of Mr and the late Mrs George Poulson and served on Gallipoli as a member of the first reinforcements of the 12th Battalion. AIF. Later he was wounded in action at Gallipoli, and was among the first of the wounded to return to Tasmania. Two sons are serving in the present war, Don in Italy and Eldon in New Guinea. Mr Poulson was a member of Operative Lodge of Freemasons. Messrs Eric and Fred Poulson, of Hobart, are brothers.
