Son of Mary Alice Kelly, Frank served with the 24th Battalion, Australian Infantry.

Sergeant, Service No. 320. He returned to Australia on 11 March 1916 and served with the No. 11 Australian General Hospital, Home Service. He died aged 30 years.

He was accepted for commemoration as Great War dead on 2nd March 2017.
