Son of James O'Shea and Ellen O'Shea of Cardiff, Wales

Husband of Elizabeth O'Shea nee Mays of Iris Street, Paddington, NSW. Francis and Elizabeth married during 1911c in NSW. Father of Beryl Robina O'Shea
