Son of George Lee and Elizabeth McIllmurray (formerly Lee) of Forest Road, Penshurst, NSW
3 November 1915 - to hospital with Ischero rectal abcess. On return to Australia there were some more operations but the wound failed to heal
20 January 1916 - returned to Australia on board HS Karoola for discharge
