Sometimes known as Edward Isidore Quinlan
Son of John Quinlan and Sarah Jane Quinlan nee Larkin of Wilson St., Middle Brighton, Victoria, formerly of Kyneton, Victoria.
Next of kin given as his brother John James Quinlan of Mitiamo, Victoria. John was later died of wounds on 28 October 1917 while serving with the 57th Battalion and is buried in the Tyne Cot Cemetery Plot XXV, Row B, Grave 22
Commenced return to Australia on 15 May 1919 aboard HT Orontes disembarking on 28 June 1919
