Next of kin at the time of enlistment was given as as his sister Anne Fuller of Clifton Street, Hawthorne, SA later change to his wife Maud Elizabeth (nee Matthews) Clarke of 4 Cinders Lane, Portland, Dorset, England. Harry and Maud were married on the 6th August 1918 Weymouth Registrar's Office
While serving overseas he suffering from bouts of Pneumona and or Bronchitis
8 August 1918 - returned to Australia on board H.T. Carpentaria
