Son of Edward George Fisk and Emma Elizabeth Fisk of Redfern, NSW

Husband of Grace Gladys Fisk nee Bennell of 36 Northumberland Avenue, Stanmore, NSW. Edward and Grace married in Annandale, NSW during 1913. Father of Phyllis B. Fisk and Marjorie G. Fisk

Commenced return to Australia on 31 October 1915 aboard HT Aeneas as medically unfit with complications from shell shock. He was involved in the battle of Hill 60

After returning he was employed for instructional staff.
