Son of Edward John THOMAS, 27 Gamon Street, Footscray, Victoria.
Lance Corporal Herbert W. Thomas, of the 7th Battalion, 26 years of age, wounded, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Thomas, of 24 Greig street. He was a well known member of the Footscray Rowing Club.
