22 January 1930 - Robert wrote to Base Records requesting that a discharge certificate to be issued in his full name of Robert Simmons McCouman

28 March 1956 - Hi wife, Mrs. E. McCouman, wrote to base records requesting a copy of his discharge so that she may claim for a assistance. Here address at the time was 17 Herman Street, Adelaide and request was refused
