18 Jul 1915: Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 2113, 6th Infantry Battalion, ANZAC / Gallipoli, Rejoined his battalion (from a previous wound) on 22 June 1915 and was then wounded again (fractured skull) at Steele's Post. Evacuated via HS Sicilia however died of his wounds two days later 20 July 1915 and was buried at sea.
