Son of John Vincent and Charlotte Vincent of Webbers Road, Kogarah, NSW.

Commenced return to Australia on 28 March 1919 aboard HT City of Poona disembarking on 14 May 1919 for onward travel to Sydney.

During 1920c John married Dorothy S. Ogden in Rockdale, NSW
