Add my storyBiography contributed by Mark Harvey
After returning from France James (Henry)successfully Farmed the Property "Wimmera" at North Kellerberrin W.A. named after the Wimmera District in Victoria where he was born until his death in 1969
He Married Kathleen Mary Danahy in 1927 , Kathleen was the first school teacher in the North Kellerberrin District , they had a son Robert Henry Harvey who also grew up to farm Wimmera with Henry
Robert (Bob) married Pauline Isobel Mather of Kellerberrin and they had Mark, Philip, Gavin, Scott and Fiona, they in turn have many children and now Grandchildren who are descended from Henry
I personally remember him is a very kindly grand old man who contributed greatly to his family and community
One thing I remember him saying of his war service was that when he was demobbed he was paid about 350 pounds in Back pay from the army , this was enough to set him up on Wimmera, to buy a team of horses and machinery to farm as a soldier settler .
