Mr. Joshua Stanley Elstob, general manager and director of Australian and East ern Engineering Co. Pty. Ltd., died on Saturday. He is survived by his wife. The funeral will leave Sleight's funeral home, St. Kilda Road, for Spring Vale Crematorium, following service at 9 a.m. today.
