Son of William Wesley Millican and Emma (nee Vial) Millican; brother of William Wesley Millican, Olive Millican, Vera May Millican, Ada Noreen Millican and Laura Bernice Millican; husband of Amy Nellie Millican. Albert and Amy (nee Bishop) were married on the 20th December 1913 in the Methodist Parsonage, Moonta, SA. Father of Laurel Millican who died as a child and Albert John Millican
