"...2797 Private Alexander William Scott, 6th Reinforcements, 21st Battalion, of Hamilton, Vic, aged 28 years. Pte Scott enlisted on 3 August 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboarad HMAT Moldavia on 5 October 1915.
