RETURNING HERO PTE. PATERSON.

By a hospital ship that arrived at Fremantle today, a young man who answered the call from Busselton is returning Pte. E. J. Patterson. Private Patterson is the eldest son of Mrs. Emily Isabel Brewer, of the Busselton Hotel, and came to reside here just shortly before enlisting. He only went into camp with reinforcements for the 11th Battalion at Easter, and was wounded within a short time after arrival at the Dardanelles.
