21 Jun 1916: Embarked AIF WW1, Private, SN 2672, 29th Infantry Battalion, Embarked on Ivermia from Alexandria, Egypt on 21st June 1916, disembarked Marseilles, France on 29th June 1916 to join British Expeditionary Forces.
2 Aug 1916: Transferred AIF WW1, Private, 29th Infantry Battalion
2 Dec 1916: Embarked AIF WW1, Private, SN 2672, 29th Infantry Battalion, Embarked on HS St Andrew to England from Boulogne, France for treatment of trench feet. Had reported sick on 27th November 1916.

11 Dec 1917: Wounded AIF WW1, Private, SN 2672, 29th Infantry Battalion, Wounded in action, gunshot wound to left thigh, admitted to 2nd Australian Casualty Clearing Station. Succumbed to wounds on 12th December 1917.
