IN TRIBUTE
On Active Service. - In Memoriam
LYCETT. — A tribute to the memory of my dear nephew, Private Frederick James Lycett, killed in action 18th July, 1917.
He died, not in his native land, but under foreign skies,
Far from those who loved him, in a hero's grave, he lies,
And so. when the war is over, gladness will gleam over loss.
As with glory, beyond all believing, we point to his name on the cross.
—Inserted by his loving aunt and uncle, Mrs. and Mr. C. Robjant, and family, 43 Speight-street, Newport.
