Son of Albert J and Annie HEAP (deceased), late of 108 Underwood Street, Paddington, NSW
Thomas served in Egypt and Gallipoli at the Landing and at Lone Pine. He then went on to served in France on the Somme and returned to Australia 19 November 1918. Corporla Heap's father serve din the Indian Mutiny and was awarded the V.C.
