Births Dec 1889 Loveband Lionel William S. Molton 5b 432
His brother fell while serving with British forces- he was Captain Arthur Reginald Loveband of the 1st Battalion, the West Yorkshire Regiment-died 6 December 1914 aged 26.
They were sons of Mary Ann Loveband of 21, St. Leonards Rd., Exeter, Devon, England and the late Rev. Matthew Thomas Loveband.
Both are honoured on the BURRINGTON - WORLD WAR 1 BRASS MEMORIAL in the Church of All Saints. Also honoured here is Private John Babbage of the 24th Battalion, the Australian Infantry. He was 29 and part of another pair of brothers from this small village who fell.
