1916, William E. Nagle, dearly-loved brother of
Frederick and Alice Hartley, of Newtown, aged 24 years.

Nagle, killed in action, France, November 3, 1916,
aged 24 years, eldest son of the late W.E., and of
Mrs. Nagle, of St. Leonards, and much-loved brother
of Fred (on active service). and Jack and Edie, and
Albert C. Richardson.
In honour's cause he died and found his grave,
Life's battle o'er across the ocean's wave,
And now he sleeps where other loved ones are,
In yon fair haven safe across the bar.
