The late Christopher Noud (Micky) was wounded in the big war, and had been suffering ever since his return home. Three months ago, acting on medical advice, he went to Prince Alfred Hospital and secured all attention possible, but finding no relief could be afforded him his sister attempted to bring him home overland. On reaching Coff’s Harbor his condition was such that he had to remain for treatment, only living a few hours after arrival there. – The Daily Examiner, Grafton, issue dated Saturday July 30, 1921.
