Son of Patrick Joseph Quealy and Mary Teresa Quealy nee Heffernan of Hannon Street, Kalgoorlie, WA formerly of Victoria and NZ. Brother William Vincent Quealy who returned to Australia on 15 August 1919 having served in the Dental Corps
Commenced return to Australia on 26 July 1919 HT Berrima disembarking on 22 August 1919.
