Hamilton Dinwoodie SMITH was born in Hynam in South Australia on 27th October, 1889
His parents were Adam SMITH & Eliza Janet DINWOODIE who married in Melbourne on 16th May, 1877
He married Gladys Lillian BROWN in Norwood, South Australia in 1922
Hamilton served in both WW1 and WW2
