Brother to 4343 Private James Mitchell 12th Battalion AIF killed in action 25 July 1916, age 22. They enlisted the same day.
Brother to TX3690 Private Harold Douglas Gordon Mitchell 2/40th Battalion killed in action, in Timor during WW2, 22 February 1942, age 36.
