fresh complexion; grey eyes; brown hair; Roman Catholic

20/10/1914    embarked from Sydney, NSW, onboard HMAT A14 Euripides
                     as a Private in 3rd Battalion, G Company

 

16/5/1915      killed in action, Dardanelles, Gallipoli
21/5/1915      buried at Bridges Road, Grave 2

later buried in:  22nd Battalion Parade Ground Cemetery

14/11/1924     Exhumed and reinterned in:
