William Henry PEGRUM was born in Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW on 18th January, 1880

His parents were Samuel Richard PEGRUM and Margaret NEILL who married in Sydney in 1877

William married Winifred (Winnie) JONES in Sydney in 1912 & had three children, Rita, Frederick & Lola
