Son of George Albert and Emma Sarah Ann Brook of 323 Chapple Street, Broken Hill, NSW previously of Lane Street, Broken Hill, NSW; brother of Leslie Salvador Brook who was killed in action on the 10 October 1916 while serving in the 10th Battalion
