Husband of Jessie Matties Vinnicombe nee Barclay of Norval Street, Patrick, Glasgow, Scotland. Herbert and Jessie married on 22 January 1816 in Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Reading, England. Vicar R. Wickham Legg officiated.
