Son of the late Charles MORRIS and Mary Jane GRAU (fmly MORRIS) OF "The Cedars" West Wyalong, NSW
Mrs. H. E, Grau and family have placed beautiful and substantial memorials in St. Barnabas' Church, West Wyalong, to the memory of Privates E. W. and F. C. Morris, killed in action last year. They consist of oak Litany desk and oak prayer desk aud seat, of splendid material and beautifully finished. On the brass tablets attached are the inscriptions :—" Peace, perfect peace, with loved ones far away. In loving memory of our two sons and brothers, Francis Charles Morris, killed in action in France, May 18th, 1917, and Edward William Morris, killed in action in France, June 9th, 1917. Erected by Mrs. Grau and family. In Jesus' keeping we are safe, and they."
They will be officially unveiled when a similar ceremony takes place in connection with the J. C. Bight Memorial.
