23 March 1916 - Admitted to Military Hospital, Choubra, (enterica) i.e. Typhoid Fever
24 June 1916 - Discharged from hospital and taken on strength, 12th Light Horse Training Regiment, Tel-el-Kebir.
22 July 1916 - Taken on strength, 12th Light Horse Regiment, Serapeum.
25 July 1916 - Admitted to hospital.
2 September 1916 - Return to Australia on board 'Ascanius' from Suez.
14 November 1916 - Discharged as Medically unfit
Medals: 1914-15 Star, British War Medal, Victory Medal
