William (Bill) John WHITE was the second child and oldest son of William Patrick and Margaret Elizabeth (CAMERON) WHITE of Exeter. He was a clerk when he enlisted aged 18 years and 2 months.

He married Doris Edith FULLER at St Peters Church, Glenelg on 20th January, 1934. He died at Victor Harbor 7th November, 1972.
