Newstead Soldier Killed
Private S. McManus, son ol Mr. T. McManus, an old resident of Newstead has been killed in action in France. The dead hero saw the whole of the Gaillipolian campaign without being wounded. He left with the first forces. Word came through on Tuesday that he had been killed by a hand grenade.
