Husband of Rose Mary BISHOP nee McGOVERN

William and Rose had one son who was born after William had left for war. It was very hard for Rose as a single mother and decieded to put their son William Desmond (Des) into the Goodwood Orphanage.
After returning from War, William and Rose never got back together and William was charged with desertion.
He remarried in 1923 and later was charged with bigamy.
