His parents were John HANNON and Emma SMITH

He enlisted on 6th June, 1916 with the 21st Battalion

He had previously served 2 years in the Cadets

21st Battalion embarked from Melbourne on board HMAT Nestor on 2nd October, 1916

Albert died of wounds on 21st March, 1917 in France
